My Story
My journey into diplomacy and foreign policy
My journey into diplomacy and foreign policy began with a deep fascination for the intersection of history, culture, and power dynamics. Inspired by Aristotle’s idea of ‘phronesis’—practical wisdom—I have dedicated my career to turning abstract ideals into actionable strategies. From my early academic pursuits to publishing works on European integration and diplomacy, every step has been guided by a commitment to foster understanding and progress
Kosovo’s journey to independence
Kosovo’s journey to independence has profoundly shaped my philosophy. Like the Stoics, I believe resilience and a focus on what we can control are essential for both personal and national growth. This ethos drives me to advocate for Kosovo on the world stage and to contribute to a more inclusive and democratic global community.
Sharing Ideas, Shaping Perspectives
From the very beginning of my academic and professional journey, I have believed that knowledge gains its true value when shared. Writing, publishing, and engaging with the public through media appearances are not just professional pursuits for me—they are a commitment to dialogue, understanding, and progress.
Through my research and analyses, I strive to contribute to informed discussions on European foreign policy, democracy, and the evolving role of the Balkans. By engaging with diverse audiences—from policymakers to students, from journalists to international scholars—I aim to bridge knowledge gaps, challenge misconceptions, and promote a nuanced understanding of global affairs.
My presence in scientific publications and mainstream media is driven by the conviction that well-researched insights can shape perspectives, influence decision-making, and inspire new generations of thinkers and leaders. At a time when narratives shape geopolitics, I see it as both a responsibility and a privilege to share informed perspectives that contribute to a more democratic, stable, and cooperative global order.
